Can I visit the showroom before buying?
Absolutely! Our showroom in Valenzuela is open for walk-in visits so you can try our mobility equipment in person. You're welcome to bring the person who will be using it for the best fit assessment.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes. Delivery is free across mainland Luzon — Metro Manila orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days, and provincial Luzon orders in 7–14. We call to confirm every order before it ships, and our team guides you through setup so your unit is properly adjusted from day one. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

What if the equipment needs repair?
Every unit comes with a 1-year service warranty — free labor and technical assessment for motor and controller defects, with replacement parts charged at cost and the battery covered for 3 months.
