Where we deliver

We currently deliver across mainland Luzon, meaning any address our delivery team can reach by land, without a sea crossing.

Delivery is free throughout our entire delivery area.

We don't yet deliver to island provinces (such as Palawan, Mindoro, Marinduque, Catanduanes, and Batanes), Visayas, or Mindanao.

Processing time

Orders are confirmed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery estimates

  • Metro Manila: 3 to 7 business days
  • Outside Metro Manila (within Luzon): 7 to 14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, delivery volume (especially during sale seasons), and remote locations can add time. If your order is past its estimated window, contact us and we'll follow it up for you.

Receiving a large item

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs ship in large boxes. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the delivery.

Delivery is to the ground floor or building entrance. Our delivery team isn't required to carry units up stairs or into homes. They'll often help where they safely can, but please don't count on it. If stairs or building access might be an issue, let us know when we call to schedule your delivery.

Please check the box for visible damage before signing. We also recommend taking a short video while unboxing. It's not required, but it speeds up any transit-damage claim.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery and card swipe on delivery are available throughout our delivery area.

Delivery updates

We deliver using our own in-house logistics team, so instead of a courier tracking number, we'll call you directly to schedule and coordinate your delivery. Expect a call from one of our official numbers: 0956 418 8683 or 0960 822 9134.

Missed deliveries and address changes

If you're not available at the scheduled time, no problem. We'll coordinate a new schedule with you.

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update it freely before your order is dispatched; after dispatch, changes may add delivery time.

Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. We'll demo the unit with you before you take it home.
